For existing customers: Technical Service Bulletin TSB-PCA-0001 addresses an issue affecting CanalNav-VR systems manufactured before 1 August 2026, where UDP data transmission to an iPad may stop unexpectedly. If your system is affected, please download and install the software patch below.
